CORE Charge

A CORE charge is similar to a deposit. You pay it upfront when you place your order, and it's refunded if you return your old part.

• Cores must be returned within 30 days of your order date.
• Cores must be returned in the manufacturer's box your new part arrives in.
• You are responsible for return shipping on your core, unless otherwise stated on the part's listing or Info page. In most cases, you can purchase a discounted shipping label from our sales department.
• Before returning a core, ensure it's complete, fits the same vehicle application as your new part, and is in the box the replacement part came in.
• You may not receive core credit if it's smashed, rusted solid, or otherwise unusable. Core acceptance depends on the final remanufacturer or brand supplier.
• Core refund can take up to 30 days after the old part is received.
